Eternal Anima — Check Out Announcement Trailer

Marvelous Inc. has announced a new JRPG, Eternal Anima, created by Final Fantasy and Persona veterans. First info about the game appeared back in 2023, while it didn’t even have a final title. The project promises to become a love letter to the genre, bringing back the classic experience inspired by 90s JRPGs. According to the official Steam page, Eternal Anima is set to launch next year, on March 4.

Eternal Anima follows Wade, a warrior marked as a heretic in a false paradise world. To escape injustice, he jumps into the Forbidden Sea, where he starts his journey in search of a better world. Wade possesses the unique ability to read the memories embedded within objects. Through same power he can inherit skills from heroes of the past. As he journeys through the past and present of four lost continents, what truths await him about inherited wisdom and the meaning of legacy?
